Partnering with Career EdVantage Internships
Career EdVantage collaborates closely with business partners to identify workforce needs that can be met through meaningful student internships. Each summer, Career EdVantage students integrate into the workplace for 10 to 40 hours per week, training alongside your team with the goal of making valuable contributions and providing a strong return on investment throughout the internship experience.
Prior to placement, students complete a college-level professional skills course and participate in programming that strengthens career readiness and self-awareness. During the internship, students continue to receive individualized coaching and support from Career EdVantage staff to ensure growth, accountability, and success.
As a business partner, you will also have the dedicated support of a Career EdVantage staff member throughout the duration of the internship. Other than providing interns with a competitive hourly wage, there is no additional cost for your organization to participate in this program.
